Private Dining & Catering Services ORDER PROCESS (except for “Family Private Dine for $599” Orders):

ALL PCL Private Dining & Catering Clients are requested to adhere to the following ordering process to ensure successful delivery of services based on your request.

1. PCL Private Dining & Catering Services Proposal and Client Questionnaire: when a client has requested private dining or catering services, each client will receive a copy of our PCL Private Dining & Catering Services Proposal to review our comprehensive outline of service options and a brief client questionnaire. 

2. 15-Minute Free Consultation Call: after review of the private dining and catering service proposal and complete submission of client questionnaire, you will receive a 15-Minute Free consultation call to discuss your questionnaire answers and to gather additional information pertaining to your event request.

3. PCL Private Dining & Catering Service Form: after the free consultation you will receive a copy of our PCL Private Dining & Catering Service Form to select from our complete cuisine, services and event accommodation options catered to your event.

4. PCL Private Dining & Catering Event Invoice: an invoice is developed based on your private dining & catering service form selections that details what services will be performed and pricing for your event.

5. PCL Private Dining & Catering Services Agreement: once you as the client approves invoice you will receive a copy of the PCL Private Dining & Catering Services Agreement to sign and submit with your payment based on the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
